Brown Gibbons Lang & Company announced the sale of Roy Strom Family of Companies' Refuse Services and Transfer Station Businesses to Lakeshore Recycling Systems LLC.
FREMONT, CA: Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is happy to announce the sale to Lakeshore Recycling Systems LLC (LRS) of the Roy Strom Family of Companies' Refuse Services (Roy Strom) and Transfer Station Businesses. In the deal, BGL's Environmental & Industrial Services team acted as Roy Strom's exclusive financial advisor. There was no disclosure of the precise terms of the agreement.
Roy Strom is a leading solid waste management company in the greater Chicagoland area, headquartered in Maywood, Illinois, serving residential and commercial customers across Cook and DuPage counties. Its strategically-placed transfer station and Single Stream and C&D recycling operations in Maywood aid the company's municipal solid waste and building, demolition collection, and transport operations. Founded in 1944, Roy Strom has a lengthy history of offering municipalities and commercial clients in the area with quality service.
